Puffed rice - 20gm
Puffed paddy - 20gm
Roasted wheat - 20gm
Roasted amaranth - 20gm
Roasted corn - 20gm
Raw mango - 100gm
Figs - 10gm
Almonds - 10gm
Raisins - 10gm
Onion - 50gm
Cucumber - 50gm
Tomato - 30gm
Salt - 3gm
Lemon - 50gm
Ginger - 10gm
Green chillies - 10gm
Jaggery - 10gm
Macadamia nuts - 30gm (as a garnish)
Directions:

Peel and boil the raw mango to make a puree.

Create a tangy dressing by combining the raw mango puree with lemon juice, salt, ginger, jaggery, and green chillies.

Chop and add the onion, tomato, and cucumber to the raw mango mixture.

Mix in the puffed rice, puffed paddy, roasted wheat, roasted amaranth, figs, and raisins for added texture and flavours.

Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl.

Garnish the macadamia nuts on top for an extra layer of taste and crunch.
